Getting it All Out
How much pain do we carry around in our hearts, and what part of that pain is born out of love for others?
The pain that we feel for others doesn’t just reside on the surface. It seeps down and mixes, creating all these shades with other emotions we can’t see. However, we feel them all - sometimes, without our very own consent. We feel that pain as if it was ours, but it never was. It continues to be a parasite, leeching off of our delight and often sends us reeling through the night.
Or it stays there. Deep inside of us, until we’re at our weakest. Our most vulnerable, bare, exposed state. Until we implode with all that pain inside. A mess of emotions, and a body going through those million emotions at the same time.
And they say emotions aren’t complicated. Pfft.
