It all begins with an idea. In this case, the idea was reviving the essence of a college magazine post COVID. Magazines use too much paper, even if you live in British Columbia. Plus, let’s be honest, it’s sad but no one cares about reading anymore. No one but people who utilize tiny pockets of time throughout their day to read. And that is where The Confluence H.O.T.P., or Hot Off The Press was incarnated. A biweekly newsletter that is paper efficient, time efficient and above all, fun to zip through. For forms and bigger pieces, QR codes were placed within the text. One sheet of condensed information printed a hundred times > A magazine with 14 pages printed 50 times. You save a lot of paper, you reach almost twice the number of people.
